These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the obdjil platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
18+ Age Requirement
obdjil is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is permitted. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one obdjil account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance pending review.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the Promotion page. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering threshold has been met in full.
KYC Verification
Players must submit valid identity documentation — National ID card or passport — before withdrawal requests are processed. This protects both the player and the integrity of the platform.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud, collusion, money laundering, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. obdjil reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.

Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to the obdjil platform and its operating entity. References to "you" or "your" refer to the registered account holder or any individual accessing the obdjil website.
- "Platform" / "Site"
- The obdjil website accessible at obdjil.net, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and account management tools made available through it.
- "Account"
- The individual player account created by a registered user, which holds that user's balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and account settings.
- "Player" / "User"
- Any person who has registered an Account on the obdjil Platform and is aged 18 or above.
- "Balance"
- The total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).
- "Bonus Credit"
- Any non-withdrawable promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements, as described in the Bonus & Promotions Policy section of these Terms.
- "KYC"
- Know Your Customer verification — the mandatory identity and age verification process required before a Player may submit a withdrawal request.
- "Wagering Requirement"
- The minimum total bet volume a Player must complete using Bonus Credit before that credit (or any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "Prohibited Territory"
- Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the obdjil Platform is unlawful under applicable local legislation.
- "BDT" / "৳"
- Bangladeshi Taka — the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values on obdjil are denominated.
- "Force Majeure"
- Any event outside the reasonable control of obdjil, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or natural disasters.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the obdjil Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and obdjil.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the obdjil Platform and participation in any real-money gaming or betting activity is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an Account or placing any bet, you confirm that all of the following conditions are satisfied.
- You are aged 18 years or older. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering an Account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the obdjil Platform.
- You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business, or corporate entity.
- You are not located in, or a resident of, a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of obdjil or its affiliated game providers.
- You have not previously had an Account on the obdjil Platform closed, suspended, or voided for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
obdjil targets the Bangladesh market and the primary player base consists of Bangladeshi residents. Players from Bangladesh are welcome to register using standard BDT payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is not prohibited in their specific location. obdjil does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm legality in any individual jurisdiction.
Account Registration & Verification
To participate in any real-money activity on the obdjil Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your obdjil Account.
3.1 Registration Requirements
- You may register only one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Registering multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and all balances held pending investigation.
- All information provided at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. obdjil is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact obdjil support at [email protected] immediately.
3.2 KYC Identity Verification
obdjil is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Valid National Identity Card (NID) — the preferred verification document for Bangladeshi players
- Valid passport (biographical data page)
- Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement dated within the last 90 days
- Payment method verification — a screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used to deposit, confirming it is registered in your name
KYC documents must be submitted in a clear, legible format. Documents that are blurred, cropped, or appear to have been altered will be rejected and a fresh submission will be required. The KYC review process typically completes within 24–48 hours of document submission during standard operating conditions.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the obdjil Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). obdjil supports a range of local payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladeshi players.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to the individual method's availability and operational status at the time of the transaction:
- Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi banks
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
4.2 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Minimum deposits for bank transfers and card payments may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Account holder — are not permitted and will be returned to the source where possible.
- obdjil does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside obdjil's control.
- Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt of funds. In cases where a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, please contact support with the transaction reference number.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 5–10 minutes of approval for fully KYC-verified Accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the obdjil Account. You may not withdraw to a third-party account.
- obdjil reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal request if the transaction is flagged by our fraud or anti-money-laundering systems.
- If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing time for reasons within obdjil's control, the affected amount will be credited to your Account Balance and you will be notified by the support team.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
obdjil offers a range of promotional bonuses and special offers to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the general rules set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published on the Promotion page at the time the offer is made available. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus rules in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms take precedence.
- Bonuses are credited as Bonus Credit and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
- The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements for individual promotions will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Failing to meet the wagering requirement before the expiry date of the bonus will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Credit.
- Bonus Credit may only be used on games and markets specified in the applicable promotion terms. Use of Bonus Credit on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
- Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- obdjil reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any wagering progress already completed will be retained up to the point of cancellation.
- Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of automated software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
- Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the obdjil Platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of these obligations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of your Account without notice.
6.1 General Obligations
- You must use the obdjil Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use of the Platform — including the operation of betting syndicates, the resale of gaming accounts, or the provision of gaming-as-a-service — is strictly prohibited.
- You must keep your Account login credentials secure and must not share access with any other person. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your Account credentials.
- You must notify obdjil immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
- You must not attempt to access restricted areas of the obdjil website, exploit vulnerabilities in the platform software, or attempt to reverse-engineer any game or system component.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud: Any attempt to defraud obdjil or other players — including through the use of stolen payment methods, falsified identity documents, or fabricated transaction evidence — is a criminal offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker or live dealer games, is strictly prohibited.
- Money Laundering: The obdjil Platform must not be used to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. All suspicious transactions are subject to mandatory reporting obligations under international anti-money-laundering standards.
- Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform is forbidden.
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by obdjil constitutes a breach of these Terms. obdjil reserves the right to suspend the Account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels.
- Abuse of Promotions: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus balances.
Account Suspension & Closure
obdjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to Account action, up to and including permanent closure.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct rules in Section 6.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request or compliance trigger.
- Evidence that the Account holder is under 18 years of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
- Evidence of duplicate Account registration — all associated Accounts will be suspended and balances held pending investigation.
- A transaction being flagged by obdjil's anti-fraud or anti-money-laundering monitoring systems pending further review.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder under the Responsible Gaming tools described in Section 8.
- A requirement imposed by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court order.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your obdjil Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Credit that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure.
7.2 obdjil-Initiated Closure
Where obdjil closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance may be held pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Balance will be returned to the Player. If a breach is confirmed, obdjil reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Balance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Responsible Gaming
obdjil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of players, can become harmful for a minority. The following tools and policies are in place to support every registered Account holder.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps directly from their Account Settings panel. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic alerts that notify them after a defined period of continuous play. These reminders are designed to encourage regular breaks and maintain awareness of time spent gaming.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login is disabled and no deposits or bets may be placed. The period cannot be shortened once activated.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion disables Account access, blocks marketing communications, and prevents re-registration for the duration selected. Long-term self-exclusions of 12 months or more require a 24-hour cooling-off before reinstatement can be requested.
- Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions that display total session time and net win/loss figures, providing an honest picture of each session's financial outcome.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, obdjil's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- obdjil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
- obdjil is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event, including third-party payment processor outages, internet connectivity failures, or actions of governmental or regulatory authorities.
- obdjil does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily limit access to some or all Platform features.
- In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game being settled incorrectly, obdjil reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This is the limit of obdjil's obligation in such circumstances.
- obdjil is not responsible for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, or from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes obdjil's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Amendments & Governing Law
obdjil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, registered Players will be notified via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
- Continued use of the obdjil Platform after a change to these Terms becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
- Minor changes — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially alter Players' rights, or updates to reflect regulatory developments — may be made without prior notice. The "Effective Date" shown in the hero section of this page will be updated accordingly.
- These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and obdjil with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
10.1 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which obdjil operates as an international online gaming platform. obdjil operates in accordance with internationally recognised gaming industry standards and applies the player-protection practices consistent with regulated markets globally.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and obdjil regarding any aspect of these Terms or the operation of the Platform, the Player is encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and will aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, obdjil will engage in good faith mediation with the Player before pursuing any other dispute resolution mechanism. Players retain all rights available to them under applicable consumer protection law in their jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated with effect from 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date and who have not been notified of material changes are encouraged to review this document in full and contact support if they have any questions.
